مشاكل فى المعدة قرحة وعدم القدرة ع الهضم وأخراج أصوات غير منقطعة من المعدة


Abdominal ultrasonography: The liver is enlarged (8 cm) displaying bright homogenous echopattern, with well defined heterogeneous focal lesion at segment V beside the portal vein measuring about 4.6 x 4.1 x 3.9 cm, with area of calcification. There is no evidence of internal vascularity of portal vein invasion. PV and CBD are of normal caliber. The gall bladder shows thick wall, with multipllarge stones average 1.8 x 3.2 cm, with no evidence of mud. Left kidney shows lower polar simple cyst measuring about 1.3 cm in diameter. Otherwise both kidneys are of normal size, site and shape with no stones or back pressure effect. Both show normal parenchymal thickness and echogenicity. The spleen is of normal size and homogeno with no focal lesions. The pancreas is sonographically free. No ascites. Opinion Hepatic focal lesion as described, for triphasic CT. Chronic calcular cholecystitis Left renal simple cyst.
